If you want to start yoga there is things which must be carried out by you.
1- please avoid non veg food.
2- don’t take too much food even you are vegetarian.
3- If you can do fast it will be very beneficial ( as per your capability).
4-dont consume alcohol
Do upper written activity at least one month after this you can start yoga I am talking here yoga in terms of meditation.
For meditation choose a comfortable environment like Beneath a tree and you can also make such type environment in your home.
Now you can go ahead with meditation or yoga.
