We the human being are the tiny particle in this cosmos, unfortunately, thinking like omnipotent. we are just only popup like any other earth species like trees or ant .no doubt human evolved up to the wonderful brain, it does not mean you always live in miseries .people are just engaged with their physicalness as there are born for forever.
We are here to grow as whole ecosystem but currently we are focusing only humans, it needs to change .just think around you too many homes, club, bar, etc after a time you will get irritated .if around you there are trees, animals, ponds flowers, you remain cool automatic.
So finally, I would like to say don’t think to become superman, being a man is also very great achivments, just enjoy it .a saint become very happy if he got food only and a person may not happy with million dollars of company
Yoga is a combination of physical as well as mental exercise . You cannot achieve great success in any field until unless you don’t have a good Physical health and good mental health ,yoga provide you both essential things .
First begin with physical exercise. you don’t have to go through rough and tough physical exercise I will explain some basic exercise (in yogic culture these are called asana).These are also called Surya Namaskar Aasan.
1- Pranamasana (Prayer pose)
Stand at the edge of your mat, keep your feet together and balance your weight equally on both the feet. Expand your chest and relax your shoulders. As you breathe in, lift both arms up from the sides, and as you exhale, bring your palms together in front of the chest in prayer position.
2-Hastauttanasana (Raised arms pose)
Breathing in, lift the arms up and back, keeping the biceps close to the ears. In this pose, the effort is to stretch the whole body up from the heels to the tips of the fingers.
3- Hastapadasana (Standing forward bend)
Breathing out, bend forward from the waist keeping the spine erect. As you exhale completely, bring the hands down to the floor beside the feet.
You may bend the knees, if necessary, to bring the palms down to the floor. Now make a gentle effort to straighten the knees. It’s a good idea to keep the hands fixed in this position and not move them henceforth until we finish the sequence.
4-Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian pose)
Breathing in, push your right leg back, as far back as possible. Bring the right knee to the floor and look up.
Ensure that the left foot is exactly in between the palms.
5- Dandasana (Stick pose)
As you breathe in, take the left leg back and bring the whole body in a straight line.
Keep your arms perpendicular to the floor.
6-Ashtanga Namaskara (Salute with eight parts or points)
Gently bring your knees down to the floor and exhale. Take the hips back slightly, slide forward, rest your chest and chin on the floor. Raise your posterior a little bit. The two hands, two feet, two knees, chest and chin (eight parts of the body) should touch the floor.
7-Bhujangasana (Cobra pose)
Slide forward and raise the chest up into the Cobra pose. You may keep your elbows bent in this pose with the shoulders away from the ears. Look up at the ceiling.
As you inhale, make a gentle effort to push the chest forward; as you exhale, make a gentle effort to push the navel down. Tuck the toes under. Ensure you’re stretching just as much as you can and not forcing your body.
8- Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward facing dog pose)
Breathing out, lift the hips and the tailbone up to bring the body into an inverted ‘V’ pose.
If possible, try and keep the heels on the ground and make a gentle effort to lift the tailbone up, going deeper into the stretch.
9- Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian pose)
Breathing in, bring the right foot forward in between the two hands. The left knee goes down on the floor. Press the hips down and look up.
Place the right foot exactly between the two hands and the right calf perpendicular to the floor. In this position, make a gentle effort to push the hips down towards the floor, to deepen the stretch.
10-Hastapadasana (Standing forward bend)
Breathing out, bring the left foot forward. Keep the palms on the floor. You may bend the knees, if necessary.
Gently straighten the knees, and if you can, try and touch your nose to the knees. Keep breathing.
11- Hastauttanasana (Raised arms pose)
Breathing in, roll the spine up. Raise the hands up and bend backward a little bit, pushing the hips slightly outward.
Ensure that your biceps are beside your ears. The idea is to stretch up more rather than stretching backward.
12-Tadasana (Mountain pose)
As you exhale, first straighten the body, then bring the arms down. Relax in this position and observe the sensations in your body.
This completes one set of Surya Namaskar. Complete the round by repeating the steps.
Nowcoming to mental exercise
There is total 112 exercise which You can do but here I will explain only one very basic exercise.
one which I am going to explain is a simple breathing exercise with focusing on your NOSTRIL, where Air touch your nose, you will feel cool at that point . when you breathe in and breathe out feel it at same point and nothing else you have to do.

Shambhavi Mudra is a body posture in which your concentration power increased many times.
When you take Shambhavi mudra in meditation a energy circuit has been completed and you become more focused.
If you want to do practical I would suggest it also,PL DO IT.
In the meditation leave your hands freely whatever you want and next time do meditation with Shambhavi mudra you will get the benefit of this and you will understand more better than believe.
Most important thing in shambhavi mudra is just touch your index finger tip with your thumb tip of both hands gently do not soo tightly and do not soo loose and you may see it in image also.
There is no life after the life only you will be available on the videos ,on the Facebook post, on the Instagram whatever you post when you were live.
Don’t be in confusion there is only one life 20, 30, 40 ,60 years whatever you got to live.
You might have listen the story of heaven there is no such kind of Heaven available in the sky if you want to really enjoy in the heaven that is only in earth, you can make it .you can make your own home as a heaven by your efforts .

Ghost is called bhoot in Hindi language and which means “past” .which never will come in reality. it means in present day no anyone is going to see ghost or past. it is a totally imagination . ghost is so popular because of the things which we cannot see we can not hear we can not feel become popular easily. the human behaviour is also like that the present things may not so popular but the upcoming things and past things are more popular between the human beings. human is curious about what is going to happen that’s why it is so popular.
Our mind is so capable if you think some Hanky panky type ,you may see a hanky panky person in your night dream .if you think more about that particular hanky-panky things you may feel there is someone near me this is only kind of phobia it’s only created by your minds. a healthy mind never see ghost and never feel ghost.
I would like to tell you a short story. In early centuries even this time also people are saying chant Shri Ram Shri Ram or Jai Hanuman Jai Hanuman or take the name of Jesus Christ or take the name of Allah and ghost will run away. why this happened because that child having a strong believe on his Lord only this believe make him mentally strong and he never see a ghost. if your strong enough you will never see .
Ghost is too popular because of some religious gurus and some news anchor and by movie producer.
Ghost is only a Belief like God
Fall in sleep automatically anywhere is dangerous things,don’t get fall in sleep anywhere.
But when you are in bed and sleep is not coming then it is very dangerous.
The most common factor is unwanted things comes up in your mind and your mind Get engage with these type of thinking and sleep Get away.
To avoid such type of things, go to your bed timely and do breathing exercise take a deep breath and release again do same until you not get sleep. I am sure after 10 to 15 breathing exercise you will get sleep hundred percent .It is a type of meditation also
